Super Sentai (Squadron) Strongest Battle Team Analysis Part 11: The MegaRangers and the GingaMen
The millionfold curiosities that were once present at INET, NASADA and Moroboshi University are now shattered into oblivion because of the mega failures. And the galaxy is now piercing the legendary blades of the residents of the Ginga (Galactic) Forest, who were quarreling for the strongest Sentai (Squadron) Warrior Title. And the Earth Powers? They're gone too because of the misunderstanding of the Starbeast Warriors.
Previously, we discussed the opposed teams that the OhRangers/King Rangers and the CarRangers/CarRangers belong.
And as we continue our analysis, let's focus on the twenty-first and twenty-second Super Sentai (Squadron) Series that are almost space-themed.
They are: Denji Sentai MegaRenjaa (Electromagnetic Squadron MegaRanger/MegaRangers) from February 14, 1997 Friday to February 15, 1998 Sunday and Seijuu Sentai GingaMan (Starbeast Squadron GingaMan/Galaxy Men) from February 22, 1998 Sunday to February 14, 1999 Friday.
The two Super Sentai (Squadron) Series were adapted in the United States as Power Rangers In Space of 1998 and Power Rangers Lost Galaxy of 1999 respectively.
It's the Electromagnetic Space Technological Warriors fighting against the Legendary Magical Warriors with their Earth Powers and their Starbeasts.
Let's continue analyzing the other Super Sentai (Squadron) Teams because this is a perfect opportunity for the bloggers who read this article.
21) The MegaRangers
The former Moroboshi High School (renamed as Moroboshi University) students-Kenta Date/MegaRed/Red Mega Ranger, Kouichirou Endou/MegaBlack/Black Mega Ranger, Shun Namiki/MegaBlue/Blue Mega Ranger, Chisato Jougasaki/MegaYellow/Yellow Mega Ranger and Miku Imamura/MegaPink/Pink Mega Ranger-are now having their separate jobs at 40 Years Old.
Kenta is now a computer teacher at the Moroboshi University, Kouichirou is now a soccer (British English: football) coach in an unnamed university campus, Shun is now an official to the television company, Chisato is now a photojournalist at one of the finest newspapers of the Japanese media.
And Miku?
Well, her job was at this time remained uncertain.
The oldest MegaRanger/Mega Ranger, Yuusaku Hayakawa/MegaSilver/Silver Mega Ranger, is now 47 Years Old and is now a senior official at the International Network of Excel-Science and Technology or INET.
The relationships between the said space agency and the MegaRangers/Mega Rangers was so strong for the past two decades.
But as 2019 comes along, unbeknownst to their mentor Professor Eikichi Kubota, their relationships began to sour and as they went to the planet Nemesis, they became like bullies against each other and against the Super Sentai (Squadron) Teams before and after them.
It's like the teacher Vs. the students all over again!
So, what are the teams the MegaRangers/Mega Rangers belong to?

How embarrassing!
He may have remained on Earth and have no more time for the rivalry against his former friends, which is bizarre.

Once I'll have the Super Sentai (Squadron) Strongest Battle Director's Cut DVD, I just wanna see how badly he (Kouichirou) was defeated by either Captain Marvelous/GoukaiRed/GokaiRed/Red Heroic Ranger of Goukaiger/Gokaiger/Heroic Rangers, Takaharu Igasaki/AkaNinger/Red Ninja/Endurance Ranger of Ninninger/Ninja/Endurance Ranger or Stinger/Sasori Orange/Orange Scorpion Ranger KyuuRanger/KyuRanger/Nine Rangers/Sphere Rangers of the Oddball Team.
As for Chisato's Team (Cool) fighting against Miku's and Yuusaku's Team (Space), it resulted in a draw so no winning team here.
As a result, all of the MegaRangers/Mega Rangers sans Shun were disappeared, taken away by Rita and were imprisoned in her gem.
This started their prolonged suffering and once Rita revived the main villain of ZyuRanger/Beast Rangers Great Satan, they were started to suffer even further and were in critical condition that they can't hang on any longer.
When Great Satan transformed into Ultimate Great Satan, he then attacked the Oddball Team, who fought back by summoning Goukai/Gokai/Heroic Galleon to smash the floated being's head and as they evacuated in time, they were aided by the Red Sentai (Squadron) Warriors' Spirits to crush the Ultimate Great Satan into multiple bits the second time around.
However, Rita had Gaisorg's/Gaisoulg's armor put on and then blasted the Oddball Team and then held Kagura Izumi/TokkyuuGoGou/ToQ 5gou/Limited Express Ranger No. 5 of Tokkyuuger/ToQger/Limited Express Rangers hostage when two Ryuusoulgers/Ryusoulgers/Dinosoul Rangers/Saur Soul Rangers Towa/RyuusoulGreen/RyusoulGreen/Green Dinosoul Ranger/Green Saur Soul Ranger and Bamba/RyuusoulBlack/RyusoulBlack/Black Dinosoul Ranger/Black Saur Soul Ranger rescued her and they separated Gaisorg's/Gaisoulg's armor from Rita.
And as they do that, her gem was shattered into multiple pieces as the Super Sentai (Squadron) Teams, including the MegaRangers/Mega Rangers were probably released from their imprisonment.
22) The GingaMen
Ryouma, the Warrior Of The Fire/GingaRed/Red Galaxy Man is now 43 Years Old, Hayate, the Warrior Of The Wind/GingaGreen/Green Galaxy Man is now 43 Years Old, Gouki, the Warrior Of The Water/GingaBlue/Blue Galaxy Man is now 43 Years Old, Hikaru, the Warrior Of The Thunder/GingaYellow/Yellow Galaxy Man is now 38 Years Old, Saya, the Warrior Of The Flowers/GingaPink/Pink Galaxy Woman is now 38 Years Old and Ryouma's elder brother Hyuuga, the Warrior Of The Fire/Black Knight II is now 48 Years Old.
These are the GingaMen/Galaxy Men, who lived in the Ginga (Galactic) Forest with their Earth Powers and their Starbeasts on their side.
But when it comes to a trip to the planet Nemesis (one of the planets that the Demon Beast Daitanix/Dytanix haven't swallowed up prior to 1998), they were having an intense rivalry and jealousy against each other and against the other Super Sentai (Squadron) Teams unbeknownst to their tree mentor Moak; Acorn Fairy Bokku/Voc; Silver Star Equestrian Club owners Haruhiko Aoyama and his son Yuuta, who is now 30 Years Old; Miharu, Hayate's wife; and Suzuko Mizusawa, Gouki's wife on Earth.
If I were Yuuta, I should've gone to the planet Nemesis as well and tried to stop the GingaMen/Galaxy Men fighting against each other and the other Super Sentai (Squadron) Teams, but to no avail.
So, here are the teams the GingaMen/Galaxy Men belong to:

Round Of 32
Ryouma's, Hikaru's and Saya's Teams were defeated while Hayate's Team defeated the Acrobat Team, Gouki's Team defeated the Curveball Team and Hyuuga's Team defeated the Archer Team.
Take note that Hikaru's Team was defeated by the Glided Team and Saya's Team was defeated by the Vehicle Team.
So Ryouma, Hikaru and Saya were disappeared, taken away by Rita and were imprisoned in her gem.
Attempts to break the gem walls using their Earth Powers were unsuccessful because the walls were multi layered.
Round Of 16
Hyuuga's Team defeated the Flying Team while Hayate's and Gouki's Team had stood their ground unopposed...for now.
Quarterfinals
Hayate was with his Land, Sea and Air Teammates Navy Admiral Kin'ya Samejima/VulShark of Sun Vulcan and Dr. Kakeru Shishi/The Red-Hot/Blazing Lion GaoRed/Red Roaring Ranger of GaoRanger/Roaring Rangers fighting against Yamato Kazakiri/Zyuoh Eagle/Eagle Beast King Ranger of Zyuohger/Beast King Rangers and Stinger/Sasori Orange/Orange Scorpion Ranger of KyuuRanger/KyuRanger/Nine Rangers/Sphere Rangers of the Oddball Team.
He and his Land, Sea and Air Teammates tried to defeat the Oddball Team using the combination attacks of Hayate's Seijuuken (Starbeast Sword) and Kiba (Machine Blade) Shot; Admiral Samjima's Shark Jaws; and Dr. Shishi's Lion Fang's Blazing Fire and Gao (Roaring) Mane Buster.
Unfortunately for them, Yamato and Stinger fought back using the powers of Eagle, Gorilla and Whale (Yamato); and the Scorpion via the Kyuu/Kyu/Nine/Sphere Spear which makes Hayate, Admiral Samejima and Dr. Shishi's weapons renderless after they were wrecked and destroyed by the two Oddball Team members.
The fighting patterns that Yamato and Stinger used are: the Eagle Vs. Hayate, the Gorilla Vs. Dr. Shishi, the Whale Vs. Admiral Samejima and the Scorpion will do the rest.
Because of this, Hayate, Admiral Samejima and Dr. Shishi (plus the two other members of Land, Sea and Air Team Jou Oohara/Yellow Lion of LiveMan/Live Men and Kaori Rokumeikan/White Swan of JetMan/Jet Men) were defeated by the Oddball Team and were joined in Rita's gem imprisonment system.
Meanwhile, Gouki's Team defeated the Gilded Team but at a cost: his teammates Raita Ooishi/Yellow Owl of JetMan/Jet Men and Natsuki Mamiya a.k.a. Princess Lelina of Lemuria/BoukenYellow/Yellow Adventure Ranger of Boukenger/Adventure Rangers were disappeared (as well as the Gilded Team members Great Sword Man Zubaan of Boukenger/Adventure Rangers, Hiroto Sutou/Go-On Gold/Gold Go On Ranger of Go-Onger/Go On Rangers and GoseiKnight/Knight Guard Star Ranger of Goseiger/Guard STar Rangers), leaving him and another Super Strong Teammate Soutarou Ushigome/The Iron/Steel Bison GaoBlack/Black Roaring Ranger of GaoRanger/Roaring Rangers remaining on the battle site.
As for Hyuuga's Team, well, no one had tried to oppose him because his Swordsman Team had stood on the ground unopposed...for now.
Semifinals
As Gouki and his partner Soutarou of the Super Strong Team fighting against Ryou of the Heavenly Fire Star/RyuuRanger/RyuRanger/Dragon Ranger of DaiRanger/Great Rangers and Tatsuya Asami/TimeRed/Red Time Ranger of TimeRanger/Time Rangers of the Martial Artist Team, Gaisorg/Gaisoulg intervened (Unbeknownst to them, it was Stinger/Sasori Orange/Orange Scorpion Ranger of KyuuRanger/KyuRanger/Nine Rangers/Sphere Rangers of the Oddball Team who was wearing the cursed armor) and crashed the war.
As a result, all of them were vanished and were sucked into Rita's gem for further suffering.
In the actual result, Gouki's Team was defeated by the Martial Artist Team.
On the other side of the semifinals, Hyuuga's Team was defeated by the Oddball Team and he was joined in to the gem imprisonment system.
The GingaMen/Galaxy Men were suffering inside and their worst moment came when Rita revived ZyuRanger's/Beast Rangers' main villain, Great Satan and those poor saps inside were suffering 10 times!
Great Satan was then transformed into Ultimate Great Satan, who tried to crush the Oddball Team, but they summoned Goukai/Gokai/Heroic Galleon to crush the 1992 Super Sentai (Squadron) Series' main villain by smashing through its head and when they evacuated the galleon in time, the Red Sentai (Squadron) Warriors' Spirits had come to their aid, seeking for justice.
The Ultimate Great Satan was shattered into multiple pieces again and Rita, who was wearing Gaisorg's/Gaisoulg's armor, was not happy about this incident.
So, she blasted the Oddball Team and had taken one of its members Kagura Izumi/TokkyuuGoGou/ToQ 5gou/Limited Express Ranger No. 5 of Tokkyuuger/ToQger/Limited Express Rangers hostage but two Ryuusoulgers/Ryusoulgers/Dinosoul Rangers/Saur Soul Rangers Towa and Bamba rescued the 2014 Super Sentai (Squadron) Heroine and then separated Gaisorg/Gaisoulg from Rita which ultimately leads to her arrest by Stinger/Sasori Orange/Orange Scorpion Ranger of KyuuRanger/KyuRanger/Nine Rangers/Sphere Rangers.
As for her gem, it was shattered into multiple pieces and the Super Sentai (Squadron) Teams, including the GingaMen/Galaxy Men, were probably released.
A day prior to the airing of the Super Sentai (Squadron) Strongest Battle Miniseries on TV Asahi, on February 16, 2019 Saturday, the rereleasing of Seijuu Sentai GingaMan Tai MegaRenjaa (Starbeast Squadron GingaMan/Galaxy Men Vs. MegaRanger/Mega Rangers) was made in a theater in Tokyo, Japan.
Among the guests are Eri Tanaka (Chisato Jougasaki), Juri Miyazawa (Saya), Movie Director Takao Nagaishi and Movie Writer Naruhisa Arakawa.
Also present were the other GingaMan/Galaxy Men and MegaRanger/Mega Rangers actors and actresses and the Super Sentai (Squadron) Fans seating in their seats and were watching the 1999 Super Sentai (Squadron) Team-Up Movie.
A day later, on February 17, 2019 Sunday, the miniseries began and Eri and Juri were among the actresses watching the intense fight as it was like a sporting event combined with mixed martial arts of the Ultimate Fighting Championship or UFC.
Their characters' teams were defeated and both Eri and Juri were probably dismayed about the results being shown on the screen.
I don't know if either Eri or Juri made some comments on their respective Twitter, Instagram and Ameblo accounts (Twitter: @_TanakaEri_ and @Juri0425Juri; Instagram: @_tanakaeri_ and @juri0425miyazawa; Ameblo: @tanakaeritanakaeri), but go to their separate pages and read them and weep.
So, some fans had asked to Eri and Juri, "Will the MegaRanger/Mega Rangers and the GingaMen/Galaxy Men return for the 45th Anniversary of the Super Sentai (Squadron) Series in 2021?"
For now, they won't answer and they will answer the question in due time.
Oh, and by the way, these two and the other MegaRanger/Mega Rangers and GingaMan/Galaxy Men actors and actresses weren't reprising their roles.
Not even Hayato Oushiba a.k.a. Kunihiko Oushiba (Kenta Date), Kazuki Maehara (Ryouma) and Teruaki Ogawa (Hyuuga)-all of them were last seen physically in Kaizoku Sentai Goukaijaa (Pirate Squadron Goukaiger/Gokaiger/Heroic Rangers)-did made the same thing!
Oh, when will they return?
Well, that concludes Part 11 of the team analysis between the MegaRangers/Mega Rangers and the GingaMen/Galaxy Men.
I still have 10 Parts left, so the next time we'll meet again, let us analyze the twenty-third and twenty-fourth Super Sentai (Squadron) Teams as the 1990's come to a close and entering a new decade, a new millennium and a new century which is the 2000's and the 21st Century.

Round Of 32
Ryouma's, Hikaru's and Saya's Teams were defeated while Hayate's Team defeated the Acrobat Team, Gouki's Team defeated the Curveball Team and Hyuuga's Team defeated the Archer Team.
Take note that Hikaru's Team was defeated by the Glided Team and Saya's Team was defeated by the Vehicle Team.
So Ryouma, Hikaru and Saya were disappeared, taken away by Rita and were imprisoned in her gem.
Attempts to break the gem walls using their Earth Powers were unsuccessful because the walls were multi layered.
Round Of 16
Hyuuga's Team defeated the Flying Team while Hayate's and Gouki's Team had stood their ground unopposed...for now.
Quarterfinals
Hayate was with his Land, Sea and Air Teammates Navy Admiral Kin'ya Samejima/VulShark of Sun Vulcan and Dr. Kakeru Shishi/The Red-Hot/Blazing Lion GaoRed/Red Roaring Ranger of GaoRanger/Roaring Rangers fighting against Yamato Kazakiri/Zyuoh Eagle/Eagle Beast King Ranger of Zyuohger/Beast King Rangers and Stinger/Sasori Orange/Orange Scorpion Ranger of KyuuRanger/KyuRanger/Nine Rangers/Sphere Rangers of the Oddball Team.
He and his Land, Sea and Air Teammates tried to defeat the Oddball Team using the combination attacks of Hayate's Seijuuken (Starbeast Sword) and Kiba (Machine Blade) Shot; Admiral Samjima's Shark Jaws; and Dr. Shishi's Lion Fang's Blazing Fire and Gao (Roaring) Mane Buster.
Unfortunately for them, Yamato and Stinger fought back using the powers of Eagle, Gorilla and Whale (Yamato); and the Scorpion via the Kyuu/Kyu/Nine/Sphere Spear which makes Hayate, Admiral Samejima and Dr. Shishi's weapons renderless after they were wrecked and destroyed by the two Oddball Team members.
The fighting patterns that Yamato and Stinger used are: the Eagle Vs. Hayate, the Gorilla Vs. Dr. Shishi, the Whale Vs. Admiral Samejima and the Scorpion will do the rest.
Because of this, Hayate, Admiral Samejima and Dr. Shishi (plus the two other members of Land, Sea and Air Team Jou Oohara/Yellow Lion of LiveMan/Live Men and Kaori Rokumeikan/White Swan of JetMan/Jet Men) were defeated by the Oddball Team and were joined in Rita's gem imprisonment system.
Meanwhile, Gouki's Team defeated the Gilded Team but at a cost: his teammates Raita Ooishi/Yellow Owl of JetMan/Jet Men and Natsuki Mamiya a.k.a. Princess Lelina of Lemuria/BoukenYellow/Yellow Adventure Ranger of Boukenger/Adventure Rangers were disappeared (as well as the Gilded Team members Great Sword Man Zubaan of Boukenger/Adventure Rangers, Hiroto Sutou/Go-On Gold/Gold Go On Ranger of Go-Onger/Go On Rangers and GoseiKnight/Knight Guard Star Ranger of Goseiger/Guard STar Rangers), leaving him and another Super Strong Teammate Soutarou Ushigome/The Iron/Steel Bison GaoBlack/Black Roaring Ranger of GaoRanger/Roaring Rangers remaining on the battle site.
As for Hyuuga's Team, well, no one had tried to oppose him because his Swordsman Team had stood on the ground unopposed...for now.
Semifinals
As Gouki and his partner Soutarou of the Super Strong Team fighting against Ryou of the Heavenly Fire Star/RyuuRanger/RyuRanger/Dragon Ranger of DaiRanger/Great Rangers and Tatsuya Asami/TimeRed/Red Time Ranger of TimeRanger/Time Rangers of the Martial Artist Team, Gaisorg/Gaisoulg intervened (Unbeknownst to them, it was Stinger/Sasori Orange/Orange Scorpion Ranger of KyuuRanger/KyuRanger/Nine Rangers/Sphere Rangers of the Oddball Team who was wearing the cursed armor) and crashed the war.
As a result, all of them were vanished and were sucked into Rita's gem for further suffering.
In the actual result, Gouki's Team was defeated by the Martial Artist Team.
On the other side of the semifinals, Hyuuga's Team was defeated by the Oddball Team and he was joined in to the gem imprisonment system.
The GingaMen/Galaxy Men were suffering inside and their worst moment came when Rita revived ZyuRanger's/Beast Rangers' main villain, Great Satan and those poor saps inside were suffering 10 times!
Great Satan was then transformed into Ultimate Great Satan, who tried to crush the Oddball Team, but they summoned Goukai/Gokai/Heroic Galleon to crush the 1992 Super Sentai (Squadron) Series' main villain by smashing through its head and when they evacuated the galleon in time, the Red Sentai (Squadron) Warriors' Spirits had come to their aid, seeking for justice.
The Ultimate Great Satan was shattered into multiple pieces again and Rita, who was wearing Gaisorg's/Gaisoulg's armor, was not happy about this incident.
So, she blasted the Oddball Team and had taken one of its members Kagura Izumi/TokkyuuGoGou/ToQ 5gou/Limited Express Ranger No. 5 of Tokkyuuger/ToQger/Limited Express Rangers hostage but two Ryuusoulgers/Ryusoulgers/Dinosoul Rangers/Saur Soul Rangers Towa and Bamba rescued the 2014 Super Sentai (Squadron) Heroine and then separated Gaisorg/Gaisoulg from Rita which ultimately leads to her arrest by Stinger/Sasori Orange/Orange Scorpion Ranger of KyuuRanger/KyuRanger/Nine Rangers/Sphere Rangers.
As for her gem, it was shattered into multiple pieces and the Super Sentai (Squadron) Teams, including the GingaMen/Galaxy Men, were probably released.
A day prior to the airing of the Super Sentai (Squadron) Strongest Battle Miniseries on TV Asahi, on February 16, 2019 Saturday, the rereleasing of Seijuu Sentai GingaMan Tai MegaRenjaa (Starbeast Squadron GingaMan/Galaxy Men Vs. MegaRanger/Mega Rangers) was made in a theater in Tokyo, Japan.
Among the guests are Eri Tanaka (Chisato Jougasaki), Juri Miyazawa (Saya), Movie Director Takao Nagaishi and Movie Writer Naruhisa Arakawa.
Also present were the other GingaMan/Galaxy Men and MegaRanger/Mega Rangers actors and actresses and the Super Sentai (Squadron) Fans seating in their seats and were watching the 1999 Super Sentai (Squadron) Team-Up Movie.
A day later, on February 17, 2019 Sunday, the miniseries began and Eri and Juri were among the actresses watching the intense fight as it was like a sporting event combined with mixed martial arts of the Ultimate Fighting Championship or UFC.
Their characters' teams were defeated and both Eri and Juri were probably dismayed about the results being shown on the screen.
I don't know if either Eri or Juri made some comments on their respective Twitter, Instagram and Ameblo accounts (Twitter: @_TanakaEri_ and @Juri0425Juri; Instagram: @_tanakaeri_ and @juri0425miyazawa; Ameblo: @tanakaeritanakaeri), but go to their separate pages and read them and weep.
So, some fans had asked to Eri and Juri, "Will the MegaRanger/Mega Rangers and the GingaMen/Galaxy Men return for the 45th Anniversary of the Super Sentai (Squadron) Series in 2021?"
For now, they won't answer and they will answer the question in due time.
Oh, and by the way, these two and the other MegaRanger/Mega Rangers and GingaMan/Galaxy Men actors and actresses weren't reprising their roles.
Not even Hayato Oushiba a.k.a. Kunihiko Oushiba (Kenta Date), Kazuki Maehara (Ryouma) and Teruaki Ogawa (Hyuuga)-all of them were last seen physically in Kaizoku Sentai Goukaijaa (Pirate Squadron Goukaiger/Gokaiger/Heroic Rangers)-did made the same thing!
Oh, when will they return?
Well, that concludes Part 11 of the team analysis between the MegaRangers/Mega Rangers and the GingaMen/Galaxy Men.
I still have 10 Parts left, so the next time we'll meet again, let us analyze the twenty-third and twenty-fourth Super Sentai (Squadron) Teams as the 1990's come to a close and entering a new decade, a new millennium and a new century which is the 2000's and the 21st Century.
They are: the GoGoFive/Five-Five-Five Team comprising of the Tatsumi Siblings, who were once life savers or emergency rescuers now turning into life destroyers as they quarrel against one another and the TimeRangers/Time Rangers, the members of the Time Defense Bureau or TDB who went to the year 2019 A.D. to meet up with their former friend of their past (our present, that is) for a mano a mano combat against each other.
So, go over time and space as they try to ruin their tomorrows and their futures.
