If the Green Lion is alive today...

In this article, let us focus on the late Tatsuya Noumi, who committed suicide on May 18, 2017 Thursday and how TOEI did include his character in the Super Sentai (Squadron) Strongest Battle posthumously.

No, I'm not referring to the Green Lion of HyakujuuOu GoRaion (Hundred Beast King GoLion/Five Lions), which was later adapted in United States as Voltron Lion Force The Defender Of The Universe, but this late man Tatsuya Noumi or Nomi, who played Daigo of the Heavenly Phantom Star/ShishiRanger/Lion Ranger in Gosei Sentai DaiRenjaa (Five-star Squadron DaiRanger/Great Rangers) from 1993 to 1994.
Boy! How tragic!
On May 18, 2017 Thursday, Tatsuya committed suicide in either his house or his apartment in Tokyo at the age of 47.
He was last seen on Gougou Sentai Boukenjaa (Rumbling Squadron Boukenger/Adventure Rangers) Task No. 37 "The Yearning For The World Of Showbiz" (Air date: November 12, 2006 Sunday) portraying as Toshio Tanbara's manager. (Toshio Tanbara was in turn played by Tetsuo Morishita, who previously portrayed Dr. Hinelar in Electromagnetic Squadron MegaRanger/Mega Rangers in 1997.)
Haruka Suenaga, who played Sakura Nishihori/BoukenPink/Pink Adventure Ranger and the last actress who worked with Tatsuya, was among the Sentai (Squadron) Actors and Actresses that were shocked about the said news.
Not even a single article on her Ameblo blog site (suenaga-haruka86) did mentioned the death of her good old friend.
Of course, Noumi/Nomi was like either a father or an elderly brother to Suenaga while he was alive, so it's bizarre that she even didn't sent a condolence message to the Noumi/Nomi Family.
That doesn't mean that his character is gone for good.
So, in memory of Noumi/Nomi, TOEI had decided to include his posthumous character Daigo as a member of the Animal Lover Team in the Super Sentai (Squadron) Strongest Battle two years later.
Keiichi Wada, who played Ryou of the Heavenly Fire Star/RyuuRanger/RyuRanger/Dragon Ranger, said that if Tatsuya would've been alive today, he should've watched the bloody tournament miniseries with him rather than committing suicide two years ago.
Of course, harakiri and seppuku are now illegal by the Japanese Constitution today.
Like I said in the previous article, Daigo's Animal Lover Team was among the defeated teams in the Round Of 32 and Rita imprisoned them in her gem.
So, what if Tatsuya Noumi/Nomi would've seen this on TV Asahi if he were alive today?
He would've been shocked to see his character's team being tormented and suffered while Great Satan was revived by Rita after 26 years.
He would've seen his character's team rival the Oddball Team defeating Ultimate Great Satan with the help of the Red Sentai (Squadron) Warriors' Spirits who were seeking for justice.
He would've asked Keiichi if the DaiRangers/Great Rangers will return in 2021.
Sadly, that cannot be happen because Tatsuya is already deceased since 2017.
Committing suicide is definitely a passport to hell because your soul will be tormented in the fires of hell and God the Almighty Father doesn't like that evil tactic.
How I wished the living actors and actresses of the entire Tokusatsu (Special Effects) World shouldn't imitate what Tatsuya Noumi/Nomi did on that frightful day.
So long, Green Lion.
Hope and pray that everything will be alright after the tragic event that Tatsuya Noumi/Nomi took his own life that shocked the whole world, not just Japan only.
Until we meet again, Green Lion.

Tatsuya Noumi/Nomi
August 13, 1969 Wednesday-May 18, 2017 Thursday
47 Years Old
Loving father, brother, nephew, son and friend.
May his soul be rest in peace.
